Sunaeは、写真、Screen Timeの利用状況、作品、SENSE、設定を外部サーバーへ送信しません。 広告、行動解析、ユーザートラッキングも行いません。

1. 運営者

Sunaeはinomiworksが提供します。

2. 外部へ収集するデータ

Sunaeの運営者は、本アプリから個人データや利用データを外部へ送信・収集・共有しません。 アカウント登録機能、独自サーバー、広告SDK、アクセス解析SDK、トラッキングSDKは使用していません。

3. Screen Time

• 監視対象の選択と利用時間の集計は、AppleのScreen Time機能が端末内で行います。
• Sunaeが扱うのは、ユーザーが選んだ対象を表す不透明なトークンと、カテゴリ別の到達時間です。
• 選択したアプリ名、Webサイト名、利用履歴をSunaeの運営者が閲覧することはできません。
• カテゴリ、日付、到達時間、SENSEへの反映結果は、アプリと拡張機能の共有領域に端末内保存します。

4. CUSTOMで選択する写真

• 写真へのアクセスは、ユーザーがCUSTOM作品を作る操作をした場合にだけ使用します。
• 写真は端末内で縮小・減色し、砂絵のパレットと105×134のグリッドへ変換します。
• 元写真、ファイル名、EXIF、写真ライブラリのURIは、Sunaeのデータベースへ保存しません。
• 画像選択と変換で作られたキャッシュファイルは、変換終了または画面終了時に削除します。
• 異常終了などで削除できなかった専用キャッシュは、次にCUSTOMを開いた時に削除を試みます。
• 保存するのは、変換後の砂絵データとユーザーが入力した作品タイトルだけです。

5. 端末内に保存するデータ

Sunaeは、作品の進行状況、砂の量、SENSE、Screen Timeのカテゴリ別到達時間、設定、通知設定、 ギャラリー、CUSTOMの変換後データ、購入済み商品IDを端末内へ保存します。 WidgetとScreen Time拡張との連携には、Sunae専用のApp Group領域を使用します。

6. App内課金

購入と復元にはAppleのStoreKitを使用します。決済情報とApple AccountはAppleが管理し、 Sunaeの運営者は取得しません。Sunaeは購入済み商品の識別子だけを端末内へ保存します。 Appleによるデータ処理には、Appleのプライバシーポリシーが適用されます。

7. 通知、Widget、共有

通知とWidgetの表示内容は端末内で作成します。ギャラリーの共有ボタンを使用した場合は、 iOSの共有シートが開き、ユーザーが選んだ送信先へ作品画像が渡されます。 共有先サービスによるデータ処理には、そのサービスの方針が適用されます。

8. データの削除

CUSTOMの完成作品はギャラリーから削除できます。Sunaeを削除すると、Sunaeが管理するローカルデータは iOSの管理に従って削除対象になります。Screen Timeの許可はiOSの設定から解除できます。

9. 子どものプライバシー

Sunaeは年齢を入力させず、子どもを対象とした個人データの収集も行いません。 Screen Timeの許可と管理はAppleの仕組みに従います。

10. 本ポリシーの変更

機能やデータの扱いを変更した場合は、本ポリシーとApp Storeのプライバシー表示を更新します。 重要な変更がある場合は、アプリ内またはApp Storeの更新情報で案内します。

Sunae Privacy Policy

Sunae does not transmit your photos, Screen Time activity, artwork, SENSE data, or settings to an external server. Sunae does not use advertising, behavioral analytics, or user tracking.

1. Provider

Sunae is provided by inomiworks.

2. Data collected off device

The provider of Sunae does not transmit, collect, or share personal data or usage data from the app. Sunae does not use accounts, a proprietary server, advertising SDKs, analytics SDKs, or tracking SDKs.

3. Screen Time

• Apple's Screen Time system handles activity selection and usage aggregation on device.
• Sunae works with opaque tokens for user-selected items and category-level time thresholds.
• The provider cannot view the names of selected apps or websites, or a user's browsing history.
• Category, date, reached threshold, and resulting SENSE values are stored locally in the app's shared container.

4. Photos selected for CUSTOM

• Photo access is used only when the user chooses to create a CUSTOM artwork.
• The photo is resized and color-reduced on device into a palette and a 105×134 sand-art grid.
• The original photo, filename, EXIF metadata, and photo-library URI are not stored in Sunae's database.
• Cache files created during selection and conversion are deleted when processing or the screen ends.
• If an abnormal termination prevents deletion, Sunae attempts to remove its dedicated cache the next time CUSTOM opens.
• Only the converted sand-art data and the title entered by the user are retained.

5. Data stored on device

Sunae stores artwork progress, sand amount, SENSE data, category-level Screen Time thresholds, preferences, notification settings, gallery entries, converted CUSTOM data, and purchased product identifiers on device. A Sunae-specific App Group is used to communicate with the Widget and Screen Time extension.

6. In-App Purchases

Purchases and restoration are handled through Apple's StoreKit. Apple manages payment information and the Apple Account; the provider of Sunae does not receive them. Sunae stores only purchased product identifiers on device. Apple's privacy policy applies to data processed by Apple.

7. Notifications, Widget, and sharing

Notification and Widget content is created on device. When the user taps the gallery share button, the iOS share sheet sends the artwork only to a destination selected by the user. The destination service's privacy policy applies to that transfer.

8. Deleting data

Completed CUSTOM artwork can be deleted from the gallery. When Sunae is deleted, locally managed Sunae data becomes subject to deletion by iOS. Screen Time authorization can be revoked in iOS Settings.

9. Children's privacy

Sunae does not ask for a user's age and does not collect personal data from children. Screen Time authorization and management follow Apple's system controls.

10. Changes to this policy

If Sunae's features or data practices change, this policy and the App Store privacy disclosure will be updated. Material changes will be communicated in the app or the App Store release notes.
