Sunaeで困ったときに、最初に確認してほしい内容をまとめています。

砂が貯まらない

SETTINGSでScreen Timeを許可し、監視するアプリを1つ以上選択してください。監視対象が設定されていない間の砂は、あとから遡って加算されません。

Widgetを追加・更新したい

iPhoneのホーム画面を長押しし、Widgetの追加画面からSunaeを選択してください。表示の更新はiOSのタイミングにより、アプリ内より少し遅れる場合があります。

購入したPACKやCUSTOMを復元したい

同じApple Accountで、SunaeのSETTINGSから「購入を復元」を実行してください。

CUSTOMで選んだ写真について

写真は端末内で砂絵へ変換され、外部サーバーへ送信されません。完成したCUSTOM作品はギャラリーから削除できます。

Sand is not accumulating

Allow Screen Time in SETTINGS and select at least one app to monitor. Time that passes while no monitored item is selected is not added later.

Adding or updating the Widget

Touch and hold the iPhone Home Screen, open the Widget gallery, and select Sunae. iOS may update the Widget slightly later than the app itself.

Restoring a purchased PACK or CUSTOM

Using the same Apple Account, choose Restore Purchases in Sunae SETTINGS.

Photos selected for CUSTOM

Photos are converted into sand art on device and are not sent to an external server. Completed CUSTOM artwork can be deleted from the gallery.
